Leading soil carbon project hits second milestone

Australia’s leading soil carbon project has received a second round of carbon credits in a major milestone for AgriProve and a Victorian farmer and innovator.

Last year the agricultural startup and Soilkee Pasture Renovator founder, farmer Niels Olsen, received soil carbon credits under the Federal Government’s Emissions Reduction Fund (ERF), a world-first under the Paris Agreement.

For the second consecutive year, the project has received soil carbon credits for the Grounds Keeping Project in West Gippsland.

Watch Agriprove managing director Matthew Warnken explain the importance of this major milestone in the video above, produced by Alexandra de Blas.
